Beer Biscuts
Very easy to do, just don’t use cheap beer. Sam Adams Octoberfest works well, as does their Winter Ale. Any good Lager really.
Ingredients:
- 4 cups Bisquick mix
- 2 tbsp. Sugar
- 1 (12 oz.) can of beer
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together, and either drop or roll out and place onto a greased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
