Ukrainian Moonshine

Let me tell you a little bit about samahone ( a.k.a. moonshine). It’s like they take everything that is wrong with Russia and put it in a bottle. Now, I’m not a picky drinker. I’ll drink most things (hello, natty lite?!), but that stuff is like death. It tastes like stale vomit that’s waited on the bathroom floor overnight, when the only thing you ate before you vomited was pickles. And the aftertaste stays with you for days.
