Ok, so I did this last year. Took the annual sudo federal government security audit (pdf) and looked at it.
And, suprise suprise, the results were quite similar.
8 Government Departments recieved a failing grade. That's 1/3 of the government.
Those that failed included: The Department of Energy, The Department of State, The ...
